The Bevel Mate® ABA 3.0 is the pneumatic machine in the Bevel Mate® line, replacing the ABA-12. It is two kilograms lighter than its predecessor, yet delivers more power thanks to the active governor that adapts power to demand. With its 1100-watt air motor it handles beveling work up to 12 mm and all radii up to 8 mm, on construction steel, harder steels and aluminum. The machine is made in Europe and requires little maintenance.
Accurate radii according to EN 1090, ISO 12944, ISO 8501 or IMO PSPC are increasingly required in the metal working industry. The ABA 3.0 delivers consistent, perfectly radiused edges — around 50% faster than grinding or sanding discs, with no grinding dust, no burrs and no post-processing.

The ABA 3.0 accepts all Bevel Mate® bevel heads, with a maximum working depth of 8 mm or 12 mm. Switching cutters takes seconds and requires no machine adjustments. Available bevel heads:
