The Bevel Mate® EBA INOX is the electric machine in the Bevel Mate® line developed specifically for stainless steel, such as S304 and S316. With its 1200-watt motor it handles beveling work up to 8 mm and all radii up to R6. Compact, handheld and powerful enough to effortlessly cut through stainless steel, it is available in both 230 V and 120 V versions.
Crucially, the rotation speed of the INOX machine is reduced compared to the 3.0 machines. This lower, constant speed keeps the heat input down — preventing the burning, discolouration and work hardening that grinding causes on stainless. The result is a consistent, perfectly radiused edge with no grinding dust, no burrs and no post-processing. Accurate radii according to EN 1090, ISO 12944, ISO 8501 or IMO PSPC are increasingly required in the metal working industry, and the EBA INOX delivers them, around 50% faster than grinding or sanding discs.
