It effectively prevents discoloration as it cuts the metal without adding heat to the edge and with minimal sparking. This distinctive cutting pattern sets it apart from other tools like grinding discs or flap discs. Even machines utilizing carbide inserts can’t match this level of quality.
Minimum physical effort
Thanks to its ergonomic design and lightweight construction, the Mini Mite® concept demands minimal physical effort during operation. The machine sits effortlessly on the metal while performing rounding and beveling tasks, with the user’s primary role being machine guidance. Unlike working with cutting torches, flap discs, machines with inserts or grinding discs, the machine and its bevel head handle the workload.
