Made for small radii
The Mini Mite™ cutter handles 45° chamfers and R1 and R2 radii on steel, with a minimum bevel land of just 0.5 mm. Ideal for the precise, small-scale edge work that larger heads can’t reach.
Fine-tuned depth control
The cutter height dial adjusts in increments of 0.05 mm (1/20 mm). That level of control means consistent, predictable results on thin plate and delicate parts, edge after edge.
Safe and healthier working
The chips are large and heavy, so they drop straight to the ground instead of ending up in the air as fine dust. The concept machines with reduced sparking and adds minimal heat to the metal, preventing hazardous smoke or gas formation.
Consistent, high quality
Constant contact with the metal gives the most consistent cutting pattern — one that grinding discs, flap discs and carbide-insert machines can’t replicate. As the machine works almost spark-free, no impurities are formed and finishing is not required.
Minimum physical effort
The machine is stationary while the metal is guided along the cutter. The powerful motor and the Mini Mite™ head do the work — you only have to guide the workpiece. Comfortable, even on long runs of small parts.
